Hi, This is Steve Kent with
Intero Real Estate, I have designed this web site to make it as easy as
possible for home buyer to find properties that match their needs. I
have 2 great tools for you:
The first is the "Search for a
Home" system that you can set up with all your new home
criteria and my system will send to you via email all homes on the
market that meet your criteria. Better still, you only have to set
it up once and it will remember your needs and keep looking each and
every day for new homes that are coming on the market that meet your
criteria. When if finds one, it will email it to you. It never sleeps
and you can delete searches, add new searches, or change searches any
time you like. There is one thing though, it does require you to
tell me who you are and you need to provide me a valid email address to
send the info to and a phone number in case I need to get a hold of you.
I know, you are hesitant to do that, but I promise to respect your
privacy and I never sell, share or otherwise provide others with your
information. Nor do I call you insistently and annoy you. Not my
style!
The second system is pretty easy to use and it is unique to my web
site. (I know this because I invented it). It is called the "One
Click Home Finder" and it is just that, you can go to this page,
select whether you are looking for a Single Family Home or a
Condo/Town-Home and pick your area of interest and price point from the
matrix. Just one click and you get every listing in that area in your
price range. It is fast, easy and gives you a quick way to check an area
out. Try it. Best of all, I don't ask you for any contact
information with this system. But, it is a bit cumbersome if you are
doing a specific search. |
